Macro intents are created automatically by Jatana when you first connect your Zendesk Support account.

You cannot create macro intents manually, instead Jatana will automatically create macro intents for you every time you create a new macro.

Your new macro intents won't be immediately visible in the intent list as there won't be enough messages in the intent for the AI to properly learn to recognize that intent.

Your new macro intent will become visible in the intent library only when the corresponding macro has been used at least 50 times.
