Creating Custom Intents

To create a custom intent, first go to your intent library and then click CREATE 👇 


Then select START FROM SCRATCH 👇 


Pick a name for your intent and click CREATE 👇 

You will then see a list of all your Zendesk Support tickets 👇 


Now you can select all the tickets that you would like to add to your custom intent. When you add a ticket to a custom intent, by default Jatana adds the first message sent by the customer.

If you would like to decide exactly which message should be added to the intent, simply click on the ticket to expand the whole conversation 👇 


Select the message you want to add my marking the checkbox on the message and click add to intent to confirm 👇
