Reporting in Zendesk Support
For every action that Jatana automates, a jatana_automated or jatana_automated_reply tag is added to the ticket.
You can use these tags to create custom views that makes it easy to keep track of what is being automated and what is not.
Reporting in Jatana
To see reporting for Automations and other key metrics, simply head to the Analytics section of the dashboard.
