Jatana is available through a subscription model where a flexible amount calculated on the number of tickets received is charged on a monthly or yearly basis.

14-days free trial

All subscriptions start with a 14-days free trial.

Once the 14-days free trial is over, Jatana's AI engine will automatically switch OFF until the the plan is upgraded to PAID

Upgrading to the paid plan

Customer can upgrade to the paid plan at any point during the 14-days free trial.

The day you upgrade to PAID, we will charge you an amount based on the number of tickets you have received in the previous 30 days.

For example, if you have received 4000 tickets in the previous 30 days you will be charged 400$ the moment you upgrade to the PAID plan.

NOTE: the minimum monthly subscription is 25$, which means that If in the 30 days prior to upgrading you have received less than 250 tickets you will still be charged 25$.

Rolling ticket balance

Since the first month of subscription is estimated on the amount of tickets you have received the previous month we have implemented a Rolling Ticket Balance system that ensures that only get charged for the actual number of tickets that you have received, nothing more nothing less.

For example, following from our previous example, if in the 30 days prior to upgrading you received 4000 tickets you will be charged 400$ the moment you upgrade to pay.

The 400$ covers for your first month of using Jatana.

At the end of the first month our system will automatically check if you have received more or less than 4000 tickets and add the resulting positive or negative balance to your account.

The balance will be added to the following subscription charge to ensure you only pay for what you actually use.
